2. Nature of Nightlife Content & Independent Editorial
Buzzpocketzyppy provides editorial evaluations, acoustic dossiers, capacity indicators, and venue recommendations for cultural and informational purposes. While we rigorously verify hours, admission requirements, sound specifications, and dress codes, independent venue management reserves the absolute right to alter door policies, price tiers, and entry refusal at their sole discretion.
3. Legal Age Verification & Compliance with Korean Law
In accordance with the Youth Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, individuals seeking admission to licensed club venues, bars, and lounges must be of legal age (19 years of age in international reckoning). Buzzpocketzyppy bears zero liability for individuals denied entry due to lack of valid physical passports, inappropriate attire, or failure to satisfy venue security standards.
4. VIP Table Facilitation & Third-Party Bookings
When Buzzpocketzyppy assists in securing VIP bottle service tables or club booth reservations via our table booking engine, we act as an introductory liaison between client and authorized venue Managing Directors (MDs). All bottle minimums, service charges, and deposit rules established by venues remain binding.
5. Intellectual Property
All original text, curation matrices, layout styles, vector badges, and proprietary compilations appearing on Buzzpocketzyppy are protected under South Korean and international copyright laws. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
